IORAD (www.iorad.com) is - despite it's name - a very user-friendly web application that's just released. It utilizes your screen actions (while - say - teaching a skill) to automatically create annotated "walkthrough" training slides.
But even better, where IORAD shines uniquely is in its ability to create interactive web videos from your screen actions. Viewers are then guided to perform the same actions (e.g. mouse-clicks) themselves in a simulated environment.
